General Terms

Rt999 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between rt999 and all its members. While published in Bengali, this agreement is governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of the relevant licensing authority.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or address. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

• Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to rt999 immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 24 hours of the request, and any remaining balance will be refunded (subject to conditions). rt999 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice in the event of any rule violation.

Deposit Methods & Limits

• Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. However, KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit. If an active bonus is applied to your account, withdrawal may be subject to additional conditions.

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times — typically between 10x and 30x. Only eligible games or events count toward meeting the wagering requirement.

• A second bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.

Betting Rules

Placing & Cancelling Bets

Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except in exceptional circumstances. A cash-out feature is available on select events, allowing bets to be settled partially or in full. Rules for pre-match bets and live betting may differ.

Odds & Changes

Rt999 may update odds at any time. Once an event is live, odds are updated in real time. If a technical error results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, rt999 reserves the right to void that bet.

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Official results are final for the purpose of settling outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary for each event.
• For parlay or multi-event bets, if any single event is cancelled, the entire bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

All rt999 members must use the platform honestly and ethically. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in account closure and legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions or by circumventing them.
• Collusive Betting: Exploiting multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Participating in match fixing or any other unlawful activity.
